When you choose to sign in with Google, we access limited information from your Google account:
• Email Address: To create and identify your PickleballGPT account
• Display Name: To personalize your experience on our platform

PickleballGPT's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We do not access, store, or share any other Google account information beyond what is explicitly requested during the OAuth consent process.
When you use DillScout, our AI-powered tournament discovery assistant (currently in BETA and available on desktop only):
• Beta Status: DillScout is in BETA testing. Features and data processing methods may change as we improve the service. Mobile support is not yet available.
• Voice Recordings: If you use voice input, your audio is temporarily processed to convert speech to text. Audio recordings are not permanently stored.
• Conversation Data: Your chat messages and DillScout's responses are stored to maintain conversation context and improve your experience.
• AI Processing: Your queries are processed by our backend AI service to provide tournament recommendations. This data is used solely to generate responses and is not shared with third parties.
• Usage Limits: We track message counts to enforce daily usage limits (15 messages per day, 250 characters per message).
• Data Retention: Conversation history is retained for your convenience but can be cleared at any time through the interface.
We use cookies for analytics and functionality. You may disable cookies in your browser, but some features may not work as intended.
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as required by law or to protect our legal rights. Google user data is never shared with third parties and is used exclusively for the purposes described in this policy.
Account information is securely stored and used solely for providing you with website features. You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting hello@pickleball-gpt.com.
