Is PickleballGPT free to use?
"Yes! Our core tournament search and AI-powered assistants, DillScout and CoachDill, are completely free. In order to gain full access to these features, you must create an account by clicking the 'Sign In' button and following the steps detailed there.
How accurate is your tournament data?
"We cross-reference and sanitize information from multiple data sources and continously monitor for updates. However, we cannot make any guarantees regarding the accuracy of tournament data, as we source directly (and entirely) from public tournament websites.
How often is tournament information updated?
"Tournament data is updated on a daily basis. We monitor public tournament websites, registration platforms, and organizer announcements to ensure you have the latest information on dates, pricing, and registration status.
Do you cover international tournaments?
"Yes! We're expanding globally and currently cover tournaments in 15+ countries with more being added regularly. Our international coverage includes major events in Canada, Mexico, Europe, Australia, and other pickleball-growing regions.
How does the 'Near Me' feature work?
"Our 'Near Me' feature uses your device's location (with your permission) and advanced geospatial technology to find tournaments within your specified radius. You can adjust the distance from 5 to 500 miles to find events that work for your travel preferences.
Do you show amateur and professional tournaments?
"Yes! We cover the full spectrum from local recreational tournaments to professional PPA events. For those that want the toughest competition, enable the exclusive PPA filter.
Can I save tournaments to view later?
"Currently, you can favorite tournaments in your browser and/or share them with others. We're working on user accounts and personalized tournament tracking features that will be available in future updates.
How can I register for tournaments listed on PickleballGPT?
"Each tournament listing includes a direct link to its original tournament website where you can find registration details, organizer contact information, and specific event details and requirements. We don't handle registrations directly, instead connecting you to the original sources.
Can I add my tournament to your platform?
"Contact us with your tournament details and we'll help get it listed on our platform for maximum visibility, free of charge. We love to work with tournament organizers to help promote events to our growing community.
